Jack Masters Ltd was established in 1987. As the company grew over time, JM has seen a vast change in the way it operates. Specialising in cut and sewn knitwear. Jack Masters supplies a wide range of high street stores and specialist catalogue clients in the UK, Europe and America. Jack Masters approach Tajsoft to develop their online strategy. In the competitive world of British knitwear manufacturing, where many have closed down over the past 10 years due to increased government legislative costs and overseas competition from the likes of China and India, Tajsoft created and designed an online catalogue to showcase the work of Jack Masters.
Phase 2 involved integrating the "Customer Web Account". This module effectively allows Jack Masters, to track & monitor product development between Jack Masters and their clients. This was a hugely successful component which increased customer retention and increased the quality of service the client had to offer
